Predictable charging

Usage & billing

Understand when a request is charged and when it is not.

01

How charging works

FINAP uses prepaid account credit. Each service has its own per-request price, visible in the dashboard. A successful service response deducts that price and records one usage event.

Authentication failures, validation failures, missing records, and upstream transport failures are not charged for normal service calls.

02

Webhook test charging

Webhook tests are charged when FINAP reaches the destination and receives a status below 500. A destination 4xx still represents a completed delivery attempt and is charged. DNS, connection, timeout, and 5xx failures are not charged.
